We're going to take you through the basics of a proper Deadlift (Kettlebell & Barbell) so that you can utilize this lift in your own training program without fear of poor form!After some deadlifts we'll take you through a little sweat similar to what we do in our LIFT+SWEAT classes as part of our Strength & Conditioning Program!This is a great class for athletes of ANY level - so existing members bring a buddy, and those who are new come get a taste of what we do while supporting a great cause.Please register in advance to sign the appropriate waiver etc. donations can be done in advance or at the door
