CrossFit 604 is putting on a little mock regionals for those that didn't qualify for them down in Tacoma. 

Looking at our Raincity Leaderboard, our 1st and 2nd place spots for male and female are pretty obvious. So this throw down will be to qualify for that 3rd spot on both the male and female side! 

Bryce is unable to attend the event which leaves coach Thor and Genesis as 1 & 2 (pending them accepting their places). 

On the ladies side Coach Taryn put up dominating performances with 'Brown Mamba' a clear second (also pending their approval). 

The 3rd spot on both sides is a much closer race! So we're going to use this to finalize those #s. 

Your placing in the open will count as event one. More details will be released as to what & how many events there will be Friday night, but we'd love to have as many people out to support, judge, etc. as possible! 

PLEASE NOTE: This event will NOT be the final decision, that will still be left up to Coach Thor, but this will hold most of the weight! 

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THROWING DOWN (whether you've got a shot at making the team or not - more competitors = bigger point spreads), here are the minimum requirements: 

Men: You must have completed every WOD in the open as Rx. 

Ladies: You must have completed every WOD (except 15.3 - MU not necessary) as Rx.

Time: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
