The Raincity Weightlifting Classic is our in house weightlifting competition during the Raincity Classic (Team Competition) off season!

It’s a great chance for athletes to test their 1rep maxes of the Clean & Jerk and Snatch! Both the [OLY] Barbell Club and [FF] Group Classes are set to peak their athletes for lifting in this competition! So no additional work is needed - though a few extra PTs or open gym lifting days aren’t a bad idea either ;)
